Sales Assistants

You will be responsible for selling Wine Rack products and services, providing the highest levels of customer service and working with the branch team to create a truly thriving environment.

We’ll depend on you to guide customers to the right products for them, upselling and offering add-on products when possible. You’ll also play a part in maintaining the profitability of the store, monitoring and arranging the displays, replenishing stock and upholding security.

For this role you will need:

· A good standard of numeracy and literacy

· Good communication skills

· A basic understanding of customer service

· Ideally some experience of handling cash and serving customers
