We are absolutely committed to your career and ambitions, providing in-depth product knowledge training to all our people. Whether you’re a part-time Sales Assistant or Branch Manager, you will be encouraged to learn about all the products we sell.

Everyone will complete a Product Knowledge workbook and will attend the Wine Rack Wine School to give you a basic familiarity with wine in your first 12 weeks in the business. You also get to taste some of the wines as well! You will then be encouraged to further your knowledge through qualifications provided by the Wine and Spirit Education Trust.
